Morgan was not reliable. She would call off constantly (at lease once per week due to being ill) and did not give notice when she left the job (Saturday - due to work next Tuesday). She called off the last 3 days of work before advising that she was quitting - also due to being sick. However, I had already found a replacement for her prior to her quitting, I had not had the chance to tell her we were going to let her go. BUT - I was going to allow her to work 2 more weeks so she could find something else.
