I'm thorough. Keeping a clean uncluttered home is under rated. I'm no fanatic or white glove drill instructor, but still better than most. It's nice to live in and even know I can provide a comfortable living space for others. Keep your expectations real, please. While less expensive than a service, housekeeping services are charged according to your actual needs when other than regular maintenance is needed or expected, such as deep cleaning, laundry, window washing, ovens, inside frig, etc. I don't mind working hard in the least, but some jobs are much more laborious than others, in a home. Those will be charged separately just as most professional services would rightfully do. Again, as an independent, it will probably be less than a service can offer. Even if you prefer not to choose me, keep in mind that others providing an independent service deserve considerations such as I have mentioned. I wish everyone luck finding a mutually beneficial situation. We are all worthy.
