About Monica

Hi! My name is Monica. I love engaging kiddos in fun, developmental activities, reading, and arts and crafts. I currently teach at the preschool level and have my Bachelors in Mass Communication. I have years of previous work experience teaching, serving youth in non-profits and a couple after school programs, working with youth, tutoring, and mentoring. I'm looking to provide childcare in my free time from work, particularly during holidays when families may need it most. I'm 32, with 10 plus years in babysitting experience, 3+years in full time nannying experience, and 4 years teaching in NAEYC licensed early childhood education centers! I love teaching social, cognitive, literacy, and developmental skills through play. I engage in dramatic play, lots of reading, arts and crafts, music, and art!
