She is wonderful and understanding! My son took time to adjust to being alone with someone who isn't family. She displayed great patience and distracted him by taking him outside or playing with him so I could get to work. She was always on time even when I had to change the scheduling. Also without asking she would pick up his toys in the living room or den so the rooms were walk able. My son was 1 at the time so throwing toys everywhere was a game to him. My son and I both enjoyed having her around but now our schedules no longer match. I would absolutely hire her again!
