Monica was my coworker at a daycare called doodlebugs! From working alongside her every day it became very clear to me that Monica has such a special gift for working with children. She always manages to greet each child with a warm hug and affection! Even children that weren’t in her class were drawn to her sweet personality! She gets down on their level and engages with every child she sees! She also would plan such creative and age appropriate activities for her children to do! One time she took all these empty milk cartons and made an igloo for the children to play and read in! It was truly amazing! Monica is truly an amazing teacher and everyone around her knows she has such a passion and gift for working with children!
