About Mirka

Hello! My name is Mirka (kinda sounds like the animal meerkat). Hoping to help a family with nannying, babysitting, date nights, or house-manager related tasks! I attended UT Austin and received my B. S. in kinesiology, but being a nanny is what I love the most! I have been a nanny for a little over 6 years, a City Year Americorp member where I helped tutor 4th graders in language arts and math, as well as provide tools to navigate social and emotional learning. I've also been camp counselor and after-school activities aide. I have worked with kiddos ranging from 8 weeks old into teens. Aside from nannying, I have helped families with meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, running errands, laundry, pet walking, organizing, and light house keeping! In my personal time, I love to cook, garden, and take our dogs to dog parks! Thank you for reading!
