Mina is Fabulous! She is great with my 2 children. They love her. She is professional, friendly, has a great personality and is easy to talk to. She picks them up from day care when I have to work late, gets down on the floor to play with them, feeds them, changes them and puts them to bed. She cares about what she does and it shows. She doesn't let my two boys walk all over her, she keeps to the dinner and bed schedule that I have set up when I am home, so their schedule is consistent.
