About Mikaela

I am an enthusiastic nanny that loves her job & am very experienced with kids of all ages. I have 13 years of experience; stretching across occasional date night babysitting, multiple days of care when parents are traveling, as well as FT long-term work. I am highly motivated, extremely organized & detail-oriented. I am a problem solver & solution seeker who is able to think on her feet, as well as multi-task effectively. I have experience with ages of newborn babies to 14 & feel very comfortable working with multiple kiddos at a time; as my previous 2 jobs involved 4-5 children. I received my B. S. degree from OSU in 2021, with a major in Human Dev. & Family Sciences & minor in Comm. I am willing to help out with additional household tasks, as I am always looking for a way to go above and beyond.
