We didn't know Michelle but took the leap of faith hiring from care.com after interviewing. Michelle has been so responsive and dependable. Very flexible and easy to work with. She started with watching my almost 1 year old and this baby is so happy with her. She also watched my 5 and 7 year olds and all were happy when we returned. She has been fantastic.
