About Michael

Becoming a substitute teacher a few years ago ignited my passion for nurturing children's growth. I'm eager to create a safe and loving environment where they can thrive. With four years of experience, I offer patient, creative, and friendly care. I'm comfortable caring for one to two children at a time and readily enforce household rules or take the parent's lead on it. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or calls, always following your preferred method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that make learning fun. My early child development coursework enhances my approach. I am also happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I hold a college degree in business but I am currently in graduate school for social work.
