Was blessed to find Michaela as the other option was day care. She was always punctual and willing to stay late if I was delayed from a flight. However she was not reliable in a sense that she was continuously looking for a job elsewhere. When it comes to your children you want someone who will sit k around because having different people come in and out of your house isn't the goal. She worked for us for 2 weeks before my husband heard her talking on the phone about taking another job. I asked her about it, she was put on the spot and quickly gave her 2 weeks. Well, she never completed her 2 weeks leaving us in a bind to find another nanny last minute again. I wouldn't say kids were her strong point. She was constantly asking my husband for instructions though the schedule was written out and was consistent. Honesty is the best policy and when you put in a 2 week notice, good ethics say you finish out the job. She let me know the day before her last week she wasn't coming back
