My name is Michaela, I always tell people I'm half from Washington (state) and half from Hawaii. I've lived in the bay since 2020 and now live in Sac. My whole life I've always loved to be around kids. When I was 10 years old my little brother was born, my mom has MS so I was always there to help out. When I was in 5th grade I had my first babysitting job taking care of a little girl down the street from my house. I also volunteered at my church when I was in High School as one of the teen helpers. I help out there for about two years and became the teen leader. Coming to the Bay Area I've worked for multiple families now. Most of the kids that I am introduced to instantly love me and feel comfortable. I would be happy to help out any family seeking a Nanny. Michaela was our nanny for about eight months. She looked after our baby girl from when she was 5 months old to 1 year+. I highly recommend Michaela! She is energetic, cheerful, creative, and well-trained as a nanny. She helped our baby girl navigate through her milestones, from rolling over to crawling to climbing and walking. Michaela comes up with various at-home art activities to do with our our baby, encouraging her curious nature. Michaela also loves to sing and dance with our baby, encouraging her expressions and mobility. Michaela also taught her hand signs - it was truly amazing to see our baby communicate with us so quickly. Additionally, Michaela is also a great chef! Our baby girl was so lucky to have delicious home-cooked food for her everyday. Michaela is also very experienced as she has taken care of kids across various ages so she knew what to expect and how to deal with challenges as they came along. Nothing fazes Michaela – I could always rely on her to be calm and patient with our baby girl. Overall, I definitely recommend Michaela.
