I have grown up taking care of my two lovely siblings who are severe and profound. I am 22 years old, but my experience with people and children with disabilities has been a far-reaching and literally life-long passion. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I am also fairly well versed in American Sign Language and am comfortable communicating and caring for non-verbal clients. I have also worked as a home health aide and direct support professional for 5 years, and have had training and personal knowledge and experience from my siblings in diabetes care, g-tube and pump feeds, bags, wheel chair maneuvering and mild maintenance, bathing, incontinence care, all types of medication administration, and much, much more! I have a passion for caring for people of all ages with disabilities or those who just need a buddy who understands them.
