Hi, my name is Melody, and when I lived in Texas, I work at the Denton state school for the mentally and physically challenged. I helped teens and adult adults with daily living activities, also preparing them for jobs in the community, teaching them independence, helping them learn to ride the city bus to be able to get to doctors appointments and their job once they felt comfortable on their own. Before that I was a supervisor at W. O. R. C in Daytona Beach. I helped a crew of 10 mentally and physically challenge teens and adults work out in the community with their job helping them through their routine and training. I also provided a transportation to and from doctors appointments. I have kept logs on behavior patterns, food patterns, medication logs.
