Melissa was great with our 20 month old who she watched during the day this summer (part-time nanny). She kept us informed on diaper changes, what he ate and when he napped through a neat app. She also spent time with our 3.5 year old daughter who absolutely loved her! She took the kids to parks and the library occasionally to get out of the house which was nice. Reliable and caring is how we would describe her. Would be happy to be a reference for her as we plan to continue using her for babysitting!
