In the fall of 2022, we interviewed Melisa when looking for a full-time nanny for our infant son, but we couldn't hire her for purely administrative reasons. Melisa is a diamond and I would have LOVED to work with her. When you talk to Melisa, it is clear how passionate she is for nannying and educating herself on the most up to date and evidenced based care methods. We aligned in a desire to follow reputable society guidelines (AAP, CDC, etc). What's more, Melisa has extensive experience working with young children with glowing references to match. Even though it didn't work out for us, we are still in touch. When I have a question about sleep, feeding, diapering, you name it....Melisa is there with empathetic support and an evidence based, thoughtful suggestion.
