About Melisa

Melly is amazing. We would hire her to watch our kids again in a heartbeat and couldn't imagine finding someone better for our kids and our family. Melly cared for our twin 1.5 year olds. We've had worked with several nannies up to that point in the kids' lives, several of whom were wonderful; Melly stands out as the best by far. Our kids are very sweet and fun, but from what we've seen with our family and friends are kids are on the wild side. Additionally, when Melly started with us our kids were in the middle of a big sleep regression and getting serious separation anxiety. By the end of her first week she was rocking both kids to sleep for naps with no help and the kids were waving good by as we headed to work. By the end of week two our kids were hugging Melly goodbye at the end of the day and counting and naming animals in Spanish :) She was always prompt and professional. She always went above and beyond to care for the kids, the space, and us and showed exceptional emotional intelligence deal with the different personalities and complexities of our family. But beyond that, Melly showed up to our home every day with a positive energy that brightened the room. She is a genuine, hard-working, loving person and no amount of words can describe what she gave to our family and how much she's come to mean to us.
