Melika helped out with our child when he was 1 year old and she was very reliable. Often times our need for her was inconsistent due to our schedules and she was very understanding and communicated efficiently, confirming prior to arrival. She was also amazing with our son. She was very comfortable and confident while caring for him, she played with him, took him for walks with our consent, and overall was just a great help! She also helped out with light duties around the house which was so appreciated too. We ended our time with Melika because we had family come stay with us who cared for our son and then he enrolled in daycare, but I would absolutely hire again if need be and her availability aligned.
