About Melanie

My whole life (personal and professional) has basically been caring for others. I'm the eldest of 12 kids and my mom tells me frequently how grateful she was for my help within the family. I am dependable, detail-oriented, and honest about my capabilites. I cannot stress how important it is to me to have open communication and instruction. I love helping kiddos achieve life skills and helping them learn. I am pretty structured and have expectations about discipline. Every family is different and I like to know the expectations of the parents and family dynamics to make sure we could work well together :). I also have helped families with household management (cleaning, meals, laundry, etc.) and I'm pretty well rounded when it comes to being a 'home assistant'. I can't wait to see where this adventure takes me and hopefully we can talk soon!
