Melaku is the most caring, attentive, responsible, patient and kind caregiver, who goes above and beyond with every aspect of the job. He extends himself even more than what the job requires because he has such a high level of integrity and such a deep level of care. Each task is done 100%. His cooking is excellent and super healthy. He knows how to communicate with such respect, effectiveness and clarity, both with the person he's caring for, and with the family who has employed him. He knows how to respond to every situation, and to sense whether it's time to be serious or light-hearted, quiet or talkative, or whatever the situation calls for. He's relaxed and yet fully on point at all times. I can't imagine anyone more wonderful as a caregiver!
