Hello! I have been in childcare for 7 years. I have a very fun personality, but I also value structure in a gentle way! I have three kids myself, so I understand childcare from the perspective of caregiver and parent. I worked for the same family for most of my 20's, so I am incredibly consistent and dependable. I'd describe my personality as fun, kind, and dependable! I like working with kids because they give me so much perspective on what is truly important. I have never met a child that didn't teach me something! I started working with kids when I was a younger teenager simply babysitting. In my spare time, I like to go on family walks and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is, I am very good and experienced at caring for multiple children. My skills include consistency, making fun plans, and having empathy for kids!
