My name is Meghan and I am a former tenured elementary school teacher. I worked with all grade levels in math, reading, and science. Although I mostly taught the older kids about fourth and fifth grade, after having my son I have found that I really enjoy these early years as well !! I also have over 10 years experience with kids in all areas- babysitting, full time nannying ( meaning vacations with the family, overnights ( staying with the family for days in row- all care for the kids including cooking/cleaning, from bedtime to school morning), church volunteering ( vacation bible school, bible school), refugee youth projects, etc. I stopped teaching when I got married and shortly after had my son, to focus on being a stay at home mom. I am currently in the Ellicott city area for summer 2025, however I will most likely be moving out of the area when summer ends.
