Megan had an instant rapport with our son and it has only grown in their time together. She is a wonderful combination of fun and calming. She is also great with following detailed instructions and has excellent instincts for those moments when she has to figure it out on her own. She is super reliable (always on time or early) and finds ways to help around the house when our son is napping. We couldn't be more grateful to have found her!
