About Mckinzie

Nurturing children's growth is my passion. For 3 years, I've dedicated myself to providing engaging and supportive care as a RBT (registered behavioral technician) to autistic kiddos and adults. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I hold certifications in First Aid Training , CPR Training, and Behavioral Technician Registration through the BACB. I also have Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development Coursework. I am capable caring for one child at a time and very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, or parent- preferred methods. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and travel. I'm eager to bring my experience and dedication to your family!
