About Mckenzie

I am a compassionate hard working educator. I believes that every child is born with talent and it is the educator's job to find that talent and bring it to the surface. I have been described as Hard working, kind, determined and always thinking about children and what she can do to make a positive impact on their lives. I have dedicated my life to making sure every child, no matter social economic status, disorder, family history, or past will get a chance at being successful at what they aspire to be. My goal in tutoring is to help children all around the KC area to grow academically and socially emotionally towards their goals in life. I have spent all of my career in special education and have completed my Masters in Adaptive Special Education. I have found my niche in implementing different academic and behavioral techniques. I have brought forth many skills that can be used with tutoring to help students be engaged and excited to learn.
