Hi! I'm Taylor. I am looking for a summer gig tutoring students who need a little extra help or who do not want to fall into the "summer slide." I am a certified elementary teacher. I graduated with my BS in Elementary Education from Missouri State University in 2019. I am currently working on my master degree in educational technology from UCM. For the past 3 years, I have been working in the Lee's Summit school district in both 5th and 6th grade. I have taught reading, writing, social studies, and science. I have experience working with students in special education and am very comfortable with making modifications/accommodations for students. I am very passionate about helping children succeed socially, emotionally, and academically. It would be a great opportunity for me to be able to help your child grow this summer! My availability is May 30 - August 11th.
