I currently work for Maxim Healthcare as a Habilitation Technician. I have worked there for the past 2.5 years and have worked with a number of clients. In my time as a Habilitation Tech. I have worked with clients with varying degrees of disability. I work closely with the client and their family to work towards and achieve personal goals that they have set. These goals typically revolve around becoming more self sufficient both at home and out in the community. I believe myself to be very patient and innovative when working on these goals. I truly enjoy working closely with each client and love being able to witness when a goal is achieved. It is my belief that the special needs community is indeed a special one, and each individual has a lot to offer to the world (in their own way of course).
