About Maya

I am 21 and I love baking, crafting, and hiking. I have been working with kids since I was in high school. I started out babysitting, went on to become a short term nanny, and eventually took classes in child development and started working at preschools. I love the preschool environment, but I am ready for a change of pace, which led me to Care. com. I am most experienced with children under five. My most recent preschool job was as a lead teacher in the two's class. I have worked with infants, and have taken specialty courses in infant and toddler development. That being said, I also have experience with elementary aged kids in babysitting settings, and I love working with them too!
