Hi, my name is Noud and I've always had a passion in working with children since a young age. I started working with children in highschool & throughout college. I aquired an AS in Behavioral Science & took many Child Development units to obtain certain certificates of completion in Child Development. In the past, I have been a substitute teacher, I worked at afterschool programs, Ive also worked as an infant/toddler & preschool teacher & I nannied for local families as well. These experiences gave me a chance to interact with children in different settings. Having the opportunity to be a part of a child's growth and development amazed me so much that I couldn't choose a specific age group to work with. I enjoy working with children of all the different ages groups. I've work with children as young as 3 months to middle schoolers. Being around children for most of my life has helped me gained so much knowledge, appreciation, understanding, respect, love, trust, and patience.
Elite 1:1 Early Childhood Tutoring—Not Just Nannying Noud has been an exceptional caregiver for our daughter from age 1.5 to 3.5. Hiring her is not standard nannying or babysitting; it is high-level, 1:1 early childhood tutoring. With Noud, you get a professional with nearly 20 years of teaching experience dedicated entirely to your child. Even in elite schools, you deal with much higher student-to-teacher ratios and educators who rarely match her caliber. Her approach is deeply rooted in Early Childhood Education (ECE) principles, and her impact is unmatched: * Emotional Regulation: Noud guides behavior with proven educational strategies rather than instinct. Thanks to her structured, patient guidance, tantrums are almost nonexistent. * Advanced Communication: She engages in rich, constant back-and-forth dialogue. Neighbors and friends frequently comment on how impressively well the two of them communicate and laugh together on their walks. * Physical Stamina: From the beginning, Noud intentionally phased out the stroller. By just over age 2, our daughter was walking the entire 15–20 minute trip to the park and back completely on her own under her guidance. * Self-Care Mastery: Noud successfully broke a finger-sucking habit and helped potty train our daughter in just a few short weeks. She also taught her to put on her own shoes and clothes (using clever tricks like the jacket hoodie flip). Because of Noud, our daughter could fully manage her own zippers at just 2.5 years old. Our daughter is transitioning to Pre-K, so we are cutting back from her usual daily schedule. However, Noud is so irreplaceable that we are keeping her on one day a week just to keep her expertise in our lives. If you want to invest in a professional who will actively elevate your child's physical, emotional, and intellectual development, Noud is unmatched.
