Thanks for stopping by! A little about myself-- I grew up in the country around animals and moved to the PGH area after college. I first starting thinking about boarding animals while on vacation in NC. The house we rented did not allow pets, so we put our dog in a kennel.. and it broke my heart to leave her! I wanted Marley to be treated with love and compassion in a home environment, and I knew others must want the same thing! Fast forward a couple years-my husband and I moved from PGH to the suburbs in Verona. We have a cape cod with a dog door, fenced in backyard, and a finished basement. Our dog loves the freedom to run inside and out, sleep on one of our many couches or chairs, look out the windows, lay in the sun, play with a myriad of toys.. and we decided to open our home to other friendly dogs. The nice thing about our setup is that -no hidden extra costs-if your dog needs meds or whatever-we will do it. -we are negotiable. we don't charge everyone the same-we let YOU choose what you feel is fair.. and then we will tell you if it works with us. -we provide individualized care-just as no two dogs are the exact same, dog owners have different preferences. We honor those preferences. -We board so few dogs, your dog is treated like one of the family! :)
