About Matthew

Originally from CT been working with kids since 2016 at Southbury Parks and rec, Also was part of the big brother program in 2020. Outside of work I enjoy sports, and restaurants. Most days it's been studying lately. I am known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature, which allows me to connect easily with children and create a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their child's day. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children's safety and well-being. My experience includes engaging children in outdoor activities, playing games like sports and puzzles, and even teaching swimming, as I am a skilled swimmer. I am also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and carpooling if needed.
