About Mary

I am a retired, certified teacher. I have tutored struggling students and students looking to get ahead in class for several years. My focus is on student success. By consulting with parents and classroom teachers, I would tailor a study program that will be rewarding for your student. Specialties: Elementary/Middle School Language Arts, Reading, Math, Social Studies/History, Elem. Science, Art, and Health. I can tutor all levels of English proficiency to ELL (English Language Learners) Students from school age, through adults. I have Degrees from Lewis University, Governors State University, and National-Louis University. I am a fully certified and endorsed ELL Instructor in the State of Illinois. I have also consulted with ISBE and the DuPage County Superintendent of Education. I am also a certified Administrator.
