I'm originally from the east coast ( Massachusetts) where I taught preschool and worked as an arts and crafts director at summer camp. I have lived and worked in LA as a career nanny and Teacher since 2011. I was employed as a Developmental Kindergarten teacher at a wonderful private preschool school until I decided to privately tutor and teach to avoid being on campus during the pandemic. I am now I am returning to school as a student in hopes to earn my Master's degree and Marriage and Family Therapist License. I am a kid at heart, I love to play, imagine and learn with kids but I also know when to turn on adult mode. I value safety above all, but think falling down once or twice is an important part of the development. I emphasize making sure every child I work with is able to feel seen, heard, and understood.

Hands down the best babysitter you will find. We met here through a family at our school, and she has been caring for our two children (infant through school-age) for three years. She engages the children in their intellectual development, she responds with emotional support and care when they need, and she guided my older child as she navigates the complex social dynamics of elementary school. She is currently training to earn her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. This means she is up to date on the latest research on child development, which you can see in her expert care. In addition she is completely dependable, punctual, and communicative with parents. The kids are always excited to see her. As my 9-year-old says, “You couldn’t ask for a better babysitter.”
