Recently I was a in-home care for non-mobile and non-verbal advanced Parkinson patient, as well as care for Alzheimer patient. Duties included companion care, medication prompting, bathing, meal preparation for both pureed dysphagia and regular dietary meals, transportation, house keeping, and day to day activities. I have also done post-surgery client care for partial and full knee replacement. Duties included physical therapy including range of motion, bathing, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, and day to day activities. As well as Hospice care for 25-year-old male patient with stage 4 melanoma cancer. Duties included companion care, transportation, and medication prompting, and day to day activities depending on the patients strength and capabilities. I am a mother of 4 children, I love kids, animals, am very patient and responsible.
