About Mary

I'm a student nurse and patient care technician at Saratoga Hospital. I believe it's an honor to care for those in the final phase of their life. I delight in talking with my clients. My skills include safe transfers with assistive devices/mechanical lifts, experience with all aspects of hygiene, incontinence care, prevention/care of bed sores. Experience with dysphagia, communication boards and assistance with activities of daily living. I'd describe my personality as cheerful and softly assertive. I love caring for seniors as they are the forgotten generation. I'm inspired to show them they matter though my work. I'd like a job with flexible hours, some overnights, and within my skill set (I am not yet a registered nurse). I enjoy downtime with my family, working in my yard and DIY projects. One thing you should know about me is I communicate my concerns immediately. My skills include gentle touch, clear communication, adaptability for different personalities.
