I'd describe my personality as respectful, determined, and optimistic. I like working with kids because I love their curiosity, their genuine reaction and growth are incredibly rewarding. kids are exciting and unpredictable. I love researching new ways to teach them and encourage their Learning and endless imagination i've had many years working with kids and my love for them continues to grow i've always been told I have a way with kiddos, and I want to continue to spread my love for them. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old I first started caring for family members and then started babysitting after a few years of supporting family I then decided to become a behavioral technician and work with various patients suffering from behavioral and learning condition. In my spare time, I like to work on my career and Spend quality time with family My skills include creativity, patience and decision making skills
