Right off the bat, Martha came in and put us at ease. She was able to engage with and manage our son and a visiting friend’s daughter in way that exceeded the expectations of both families. She’s a *great* communicator, fun to be around and very easy to talk to. She asked more thoughtful questions to prepare than any sitter we’ve worked with in the past, including what language to use with the kids to ensure she’d be consistent with their usual routines, which we really appreciated. She was reliable and super flexible (we had a few last minute changes to our evening plans) and kept us updated all night with photos. Most importantly she was super caring with our kids and meshed very well with our family. 100% recommend!!
