Martha worked for us from when my son was 6 months old until he was 16 months old. Martha is hard working and honest and reliable, my son adores her and we still use Martha now to babysit for us when we need a date night or for when we need a reliable carer for our son. My son now goes to daycare but he knows Martha and is quite comfortable with her, I think a true sign that she is great with kids is that my son runs to her when she walks through our door. Martha was a great help to me when I went back to work, she did our laundry and even cleaned our house when I didn't ask her. It was nice to come home from work knowing our son was taken care of and that she did a few extra chores around the house we never asked. I highly recommend Martha for any nanny position, her maternal instinct and experience is a great asset to anyone she takes care of. I am available for a reference so please feel free to contact me.
