Crystal is an extremely trustworthy and reliable worker. She has the patience of a Saint and is able to get the children to respond without ever having to get super angry and shout. She responds well to direction and is 100% committed to the children's well-being. My girls love Crystal and were devastated that I was no longer working which meant we no longer needed a nanny! I highly recommend Crystal if you want a kind, caring, trustworthy, hard-worker.
