. To share a bit about my background, I most recently worked as a private nanny for a family in the Virginia Beach area, where I was employed for a full year. I began my role when their child was just 3 months old and concluded my time with them when the child was 15 months. Prior to this position, I accumulated over 15 years of experience in childcare facilities across various centers, with a significant focus on infants. Throughout my career, I have held roles as both an assistant teacher and lead teacher in infant rooms, and I have also worked with young toddlers, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. I have a genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth into strong individuals. Being a caregiver is not just a job for me; it's a calling. I understand how crucial it is to find the right fit for both the family and, most importantly, the child.
