About Marissa

I have 9 years of experience babysitting for children of various ages. My family fostered infants while I was in high school, so I gained experience helping them as well. I cared for a child one day a week for a 26 hour period starting when he was 5 weeks old. I also had his 5 and 7-year-old siblings every other week. On weekdays I have picked up multiple children from school, one of whom has some developmental issues. I frequently babysit on weekends for several families. This includes regularly providing travel to childrens scheduled activities, such as dance or soccer. I have performed longer overnight care, while parents have been out of town, for children ages ranging 5 weeks to 17 years old. I also regularly house and pet sit for several families. I am willing to plan activities and take kids to the park, or pool, or whatever activities are desired! I love being outside and playing games. I am also comfortable cooking, cleaning and doing laundry when needed.
