Childcare Experience: Full Time Nanny (2 years) Overnight Nanny (1 year) Part Time Nanny (2 years) About Me: I've been a full time care provider, summer camp employee, volunteer youth leader, and more. The variety of experiences with different age groups and circumstances has allowed me to be able to adapt to the needs of an individual child or group, as is so often needed with kids, to ensure those I care for feel safe, valued, appropriately challenged, and engaged in age-appropriate activities and learning. By nature, I'm very calm, harmonious, caring, and logistics-oriented. Being a middle child, combined with years of experience, has allowed opportunities to identify needs and bring harmony or levity to various situations, allow kids to feel seen and known and encourage their creativity and uniqueness, and to read situations and know when it's time to redirect, do something silly to make them laugh, or sit and snuggle while reading a favorite story.
