Children are spontaneous people who need adults in their lives to help guide them into individuals who will strive in all stages of their lives. As a Child Educator learning continues even for the Teacher, and in teaching children they guide me as well and help me master my skills in caring for them. Everyday, I find happiness in the quality of work I provide to the many Families who come to me and seek the services that I provide in caring for children. It takes time to find the right Family as it takes time to find the right Nanny that best fits your Family needs, therefore, I always encourage parent's to take their time, be honest about the quality of work you are seeking and setting realistic expectations. It's also important for all parties to be respectful of culture differences, and finding the right balance in the working environment starts with respect, communication and understanding of one's differences and being open to embrace people as they are.
