About Maria

My name is Maria, I'm 43 years old, I'm Brazilian and I've lived in New England for 5 years now. I live with my 16 and 24-year-old children. I'm a Christian, I have a degree in pedagogy in Brazil, worked for 18 years as a literacy specialist in. I have special education training for children w special needs. Unfortunately I can't validate my diploma here, but I can work as a babysitter, so I'll be doing the profession I've always liked, which is taking care of a child. I love cooking for my family, go to church, play with kids, and also take care of their needs. My English isn't fluent yet, but I'm working on it. I communicate very well and studying to improve more. If this is not a problem for you, I will be happy to talk to you! *I have experience in caring for newborns, helping mothers postpartum, and I am open to a job offer for more days, if necessary. For date nights I provide childcare at my residence. I can also drop off and pick up the child from school.
