About Maria

Hello! My name is Maria and I am currently working part time for the city of South San Francisco as an assistant preschool teacher where I work with children ranging from 2 1/2 to 5 years old. I work with a class of 20 students where I help them with activities, building their skills, and making sure they're happy and healthy. I enjoy seeing them at their happiest and also at their low points where they work their way to a solution of a problem and see their own progress. My passion is art and my students. I wish to pursue a career in teaching through art and expression.
