Hi, my name is Maria and I am a senior at the University of Minnesota, but I am currently taking the semester off! I am majoring in Elementary Education and I aspire to be K-4th-grade teacher. I have one younger sibling and many younger cousins and I have been babysitting since I was 11 years old. I have been a nanny for the past 4 years for an 8-year-old little girl, a one and half old little boy and another family with two children, a 12-year-old boy, and a 10-year-old girl. This past summer I was lucky enough to care for a 7-month-old baby girl and a 7-year-old boy. I look at myself as an outgoing and fun babysitter/ nanny who has a strong passion for helping and being with others. I believe I have found my calling in life and it is working with children. Marie came to our Nanny interview prepared and engaged. She was great with the kids. She made them comfortable right away by asking their names and what they like to do for fun. I would definitely recommend considering Maria for a nanny or babysitting role!
