About Mariah

I'm a compassionate and dedicated caregiver, inspired by my experience caring for my 92-year-old grandfather since early 2025. Supporting him has shown me how meaningful and fulfilling it is to help someone maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. This experience has also inspired me to return to school to pursue a nursing degree and deepen my knowledge of healthcare. Before caregiving, I worked for two years as a licensed Medicare insurance agent, where I assisted hundreds of seniors. That role helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of older adults. Today, I apply those skills to provide respectful, hands-on care. I assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and meal preparation. I also provide companionship, support with light exercise, household cleaning, and more. I'm always open to discussing how I can best meet your or your loved one's individual needs.
