About Mariah

I started working with kids when I was 16. My first official job with kids was at a summer camp I used to attend. I needed community service hours and I thought why not work with kids. I was able to help with art projects and educate them on plants and teach them how to swim. In my spare time, I like to read and try new activities. I am a true big kid at heart so I love to watch Disney movies and color in coloring books. My skills include communication, patience, and decision making. I believe having patience is a key part in being a child care provider because kids minds are thinking a thousand things at once and they are very energetic.
