We’ve had the absolute privilege of having Mia care for our child for over a year, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is kind, patient, and genuinely attentive—not just with our child, but with us as parents as well. She has a natural ability to connect with kids and meet them where they are. I’ve seen how she helps our child grow through learning and play, and how she makes an effort to take him out to fun, enriching places. She communicates clearly and consistently, and she’s always reasonable and easy to talk to. It’s clear she genuinely cares. Despite the challenge of balancing multiple families and the occasional schedule conflict, she remains thoughtful, organized, and incredibly professional. Even in the face of personal hardship—including some unfair and untrue comments from another family—she’s remained kind, committed, and a steady, positive presence in our lives. We will stay in touch with her as a friend moving forward. You’d be lucky yo have Mia!
