About Margaret

I worked for the YMCA "School's Out" program for 5yrs. In this role I worked with children grades K-6 at a ratio of 3 staff to 30 kids. I also have 10+ years experience babysitting, including for families of special needs children. I worked for a nanny agency as well as through private pay. Now I work at a local daycare at a ratio of 1 adult to 13 children, with ages ranging from 0-12, depending on the day. I have provided private art instruction for elementary aged kids & bring a fun, creative flair to my work. I have 20yrs experience with special needs people of all ages. I'm pet-friendly, have my own transportation, am a non-smoker, & have a number of certifications: CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid, Seizure response, NVCPI, Safe Driving, & many others. Educated with honors in health sciences, including early childhood developmental psychology, at CCRI. The most ideal fit would allow me to disenroll my gregarious 1. 5yr old from daycare & bring him along as a playmate for their child/children
